A bit of history

I got a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and a M.Sc. in Automation Engineering in my hometown of Catania, Italy. After college I decided that I wanted to do software development.

In 2010 I moved to Turin where I got my first job as electronic systems engineer in the automotive industry, then after a few months I got a job as software developer for automotive telematics.

In 2013 I moved to the Greater Detroit Area, USA, to work as consultant for FCA. I was in charge of the UI development for instruments cluster software. Some of the products I've worked on:

I enjoyed a lot working with UI and I soon realized that it's the ideal role for me, since it needs technical skills as well as creativity.

In 2015 I moved to Dublin, where I started using my UI experience to create front-end projects. I decided to transition to state-of-the-art web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), modern paradigms (responsive design) and widely used frameworks (React JS, AngularJS).

From Nov 2016 to May 2017 I worked as Software Engineer Intern in Zendesk offices in Dublin.

From May 2017 I've been working as Frontend Developer at EMaint offices in Dublin.
